Recommendation of a professional on the use of the technology.

The Endotracheal Tube with / without cuff and Instillation Channel is indicated in adult or pediatric patients who require administration of solutions or medications through the endotracheal route.
Its purpose is to allow the administration of solutions or medications through the endotracheal route without the need to interrupt the supply of gases through the tracheal tube.
The instillation channel is within the wall of the tube and has a Luer connector at its proximal end and a hole at the distal end of the tube.
It is used in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation (MV) or in those being treated during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when emergency drugs must be administered.
In its pediatric and neonatal versions, it is used in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome by applying exogenous surfactant.
